1st Cup Coffee is very reasonable & the coffee is delicious in the wonderful town of Atlantic Highlands. You will get great service as well. They have seating to come & relax or grab your coffee & go.1st Cup has an amazing room in the back that you can rent for a very low cost. I just had an event for my real estate business here & they treated me top notch with great coffee. If you need space for a local event or you are having a speaker, this is the place to be. You can not beat the price. I am planning my next event. Thanks Bob!! My guest loved the event.

Great local spot with wonderful owner but lately it seems the employees cannot show up on time. Shop is supposed to open at 6 am but it rarely is which means they lose my business to starbucks. I was there yesterday (6/2/23) at 6:25 am and while the shop was open nothing was prepared and no coffee was brewed. Today I was there at 6:15 am and the door was still locked.

This is certainly one of the best cafes in Monmouth County; it is quiet and unpretentious, with small treats from local bakeries. It's also closely tied-in with the community; local artisans sell their work here, and there is a monthly open-mike. This is the spot for hanging out and chatting in AH.
