Want a great beer with great people? Carton Brewery in Atlantic Highlands is the place for you. I was there last night to help them celebrate their 15 Anniversary. I’m not a big Tap room person but I was surprised to spend the evening with a community of people that get together for good beer and good friends and good conversation. At Carton you’ll find twenty, thirty…. seventy something people who want to spend time with friends and enjoy a great beer.
Finally made it to Carton after years of having their beer on tap at various bars and restaurants. Great location on the Highlands, cozy tasting room, friendly staff, and the beer tastes even better fresh at the brewery
I love the flight cards are called convo cards. For people that aren't familiar with the styles or how they are done, the bartender explained them well to other patrons. He was also impressed with my choices in my convo card considering I didn't load it up with IPAs the way most do. I judge breweries on lagers and pilsners. You cant hide failure in those styles. 🤷♂just saying. All styles that I tried though were solid. 👌✨ it had been several beers...read full review

Carton Brewing offers a cozy atmosphere with a dog-friendly tasting room and a wide variety of beers on draft. The brewery features a recycling station and two bars, making it a great spot to bring friends or visit solo. The tasting room is upstairs, with soft lighting, comfy chairs, and couches, creating a warm environment. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable, helping guests pick out great beers. Carton Brewing constantly experiments with new styles and seasonal beers, with many fun options in rotation. The Hook is a popular choice among visitors. The brewery also has a storefront downstairs for merchandise and takeout. It is a cool space with lots of board games and seating, making it a perfect location for a great time.
