What happened to this place?!! It use to be pretty good pizza for late night when other pizzerias are closed but the pizza I received was AWFUL!!! First, I ordered a large and the pizza in the large box was clearly a medium. Then, the toppings were not complete. The crust was gross and the pizza wasn’t even cooked through. I have a feeling the owners of this store are the same as the new Middletown store, where I had the same kind of issues. Domino’s is going to lose a lot of money if they keep letting their stores be run like this. I know I’ll NEVER be back!

I wish Google had minus in stars because never had a issue before now with food only delivery issues like not having change for a 20$ not being in uniform and food cold but tonight I always get the pasta bowl without the bread always it's been on point whatever woman manager that works on Friday at 630 in the evening needs to be schooled on professionality not only would she not give her name but wanted to be argumentive on wether there was sauce on my pasta bowl then tell a Bald face lie about 1 there being sauce on it 2 that sauce is put on the bottom then pasta is added you might wanna rethink that one and also might wanna think who might be on the other end of the call which I let my wife Handel being a former store manager at the Domino's that was in Keyport next to the school and knows exactly what's expected as well as how much then after saying that it hasn't been touched as far as eaten and that we wanted it replaced she refused and was rude and hung up well I'll b following up with district and may u get leave without pay if not fired which I don't want to see anyone without a job but I do expect reprimand

I always order from this location. It's rare that I have any issues. I just got my food delivered. There's no Alfredo sauce on the 2 bowls that I ordered. So I called to ask them to remake them. A woman with an accent answered saying she was a manager. She basically called me a liar and told me that she's not going to replace or refund me for the 2 bowls that are dry as a desert. Ridiculous! My partner now isn't going to eat because is food was messed up!

Great place. My son ordered on the app. Loved how it keeps you updated on the process to completion. I drove there, pick up was easy - breezy. The staff was very professional and polite. The one staff member helped me to my car with my order.They are open very late, so I never have to worry about getting home too late from work to get dinner, while all other fast food place are already closed.

Terrible customer service. Made a note to bring change of $100 because that’s all I had and they canceled my order. I worked all day and was starving. I was a weekly customer. Now they can kick rocks. Unfortunately an employee won’t care. But I had to voice my experience.

good luck getting a pizza here. You call and they leave you on hold. Even if you pre-order and your running late they wont answer the phone. You get there and they cancel your order. I love dominos but this location really puts the NO in Domino's.
Idk who was closing the tonight august 14th but holy cow I came in at 11 when the hours are scheduled to close and she said she was already cleaning up so she wouldn’t serve us.
