During a short weekend visit to Atlantic Highlands, I had a great conversation with Steven (I am pretty sure that was his name). In our chat I really had a sense for his love of coffee and his passion for the technical and analytical aspects of craft roasting and pulling truly dialed in espresso shots. The coffee speaks for itself. I have been drinking this coffee for over a year now (when I became pregnant because I wanted organic coffee) and I’m not exaggerating when I say, I cannot enjoy coffee from anywhere else now.
