The coffee speaks for itself. I have been drinking this coffee for over a year now (when I became pregnant because I wanted organic coffee) and I’m not exaggerating when I say, I cannot enjoy coffee from anywhere else now. I had the pleasure of meeting Stephen, the owner, when we stopped in this morning for coffee. He carries an excellent selection of single origin coffee, as well as a few blends. Roast date is marked on the bag. I sampled a drip brew Timor, and it was excellent. My wife was very pleased with her decaf Honduras Americano as well. Stephen is applying a formal quality engineering approach to roasting and brewing top quality coffee, and it works. Highly recommended!
