The Ethiopian roast was so remarkable that I had to stop, sit down, and simply savor it. Complex, vibrant, and unforgettable. One of the best cups of coffee I’ve had in a very long time.
We were across the store at the wine store and we noticed this coffee shop. We hadn't been before and wanted to support a local place instead of one of the chain places. We were pleasantly surprised. We each got a cold brew, but let me tell you it is the best cold brew I've had in a very long time! Can't wait to try other drinks the next time around.
Bali Medium Roast just made me a medium roast fan. I live in Ocean Twp and Rook is right down the street and my love of their Bali dark roast is legendary in Rook Lore and I still have the decorated cups to prove it, but FMCR medium roast is my new favorite roasted bean. I also like that FMCR sells in full pounds. Sure it costs more but all that deliciousness is money well spent.
