Place has become a lot better since they reopened after COVID. Still the same great beer selection, pretty simple but good food menu. Great live music on nights during the weekends.
The staff is incredible. They do not serve desert, BUT they are affiliated w Copper Canyon which is next door. The bartender told me if I got dessert from them I could sing happy birthday here.
I called the copper canyon, and that only did they give me dessert, but they delivered it on a plate with candles over to gaslight! Thank you to the bartender at GL and server at Copper Canyon who helped me 2-28-26!🎉

Burger is absolutely phenomenal! And don’t get me started on the staff, absolute family vibe they treat you with respect and the food is savory! If you want the best burger in In Monmouth County and some fun chill vibes, Gaslight lights the way!!!!!
