The food, the crew, and the atmosphere are top notch. They also have the best coffee in all of Atlantic highlands! If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out!

We discovered this little gem recently. We like to ride our bikes from the Highlands along the Henry Hudson trail and stop at JuS for a bite. They offer an excellent selection of coffee, teas, and fresh juices. My first time there I had breakfast bowl with fresh eggs, avocado, sweet potato hash, a small side salad, and vegan sausage. It was enough food for 2 people but it was so delicious, I couldn't stop eating it. The second time we went, I tried the latte and the single breakfast. It was a lightly cooked egg with salad served on a croissant. All were delicious. Their portions are fair and we lefting feeling satisfied but not overly full. The atmosphere is quirky, fun, and bookish. The owners are chatty and personable. I highly recommend trying Jus when in the area.

Very good. Nice atmosphere fresh food big variety.
Stopped in to rest at the halfway point of our group 30k run today. We ran from firefighter’s park to the Strauss mansion museum. Initially we planned to just get some water and continue our run but we ended up staying a while grabbing a high tide juice smoothie and enjoying the atmosphere - it’s very lively. One of the staff let us sample the ‘forbidden black rice’ and that was a neat experience. Would come back again and perhaps end our long runs here with some food next time! The disco balls were a nice touch

Latte was really subpar, not a huge coffee snob but it’s not even that hard to make a good latte

Been here a few times already and I really like the vibe and location.
However, what about the rest of us -chocolate lovers- who actually want a smoothie that features… Cacao/Chocolate?!
Are we supposed to get our fix elsewhere?
it has been awhile since I was in Atlantic Highlands when JUS was still open. I am so glad that I was able to stop in today. The Chia pudding was always a favorite. The pudding used to be served in a small cup by itself. Well now it comes in a bowl with fruit, nuts, syrup and then some .... it was delicious before but even more fantastic now. And sorry, no photo because it was eaten before I wrote this! Yum!
Best service ever. I had a piece of the pumpkin chocolate chip banana bread with my coffee and both were UNREAL. The owner even helped me out with a charge when my laptop died. Had to do some work and hung out for a few hours and I’ve never been in a cozier shop. My new favorite place possibly on earth. Head in there ASAP. An absolute gem of an establishment. Thanks for a great morning! I’ll be back. Often.
Dietary restrictions: LOTS of vegan and vegetarian options. Gluten free friendly too!
Kid-friendliness: Lots of great things for kids too!
