This place is a must try, get the Mofongo! Stopped in on a Friday afternoon while out doing some thrifting at Peak Secondhand across the street. Very cool little place, says they have live music on Friday nights. My wife and I got the Chicharon bites, grilled shrimp mofungo, and a smoothie. Everything was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. The waitress was super friendly and informative. The empanadas were the best I've ever had. Plenty of parking either on the street or the lot in the back. If you are looking for something different I highly recommend Cafe Notice !
We went to Cafe Nitido for an early dinner and were so glad we did. It is BYOB which is a huge plus. The goat stew was absolutely delicious, rich, tender, and full of flavor. We also enjoyed the mix grill but the goat stew is what I would highly recommend. The quipe appetizer was another pleasant surprise. It is not something I would normally order but my spouse did and I am glad he did because it was so tasty. I have tried a few takeout items before but this was my first dine-in...
