I ate at the Princeton for lunch or dinner about a dozen times in the summer of 2023. The food always tastes great, and the atmosphere is my favorite on 7 Mile Island. But what keeps me coming back so often Is the world-class staff. The hostesses always greet you with a smile. The management led by Pam and Michelle are always a pleasure to catch up with, the bartenders make great drinks and the wait staff is very attentive and courteous. Even though I love all of the servers I've had over the years I want to give a special shout-out to my two favorites Michaela & Sarah. Both of these lovely young ladies always make my dining experience exceptional. Keep up the great work Princeton!

The swordfish dish was delicious! Drinks were really good too, I recommend The Avalonian. Service was great too!

Excellent food and service. Fast and attentive staff. One of the best mojitos I've had in a while. The place is nicely decorated and relaxed.

Horrible food and overpriced! Rude waitress thought her tip should be over 18 percent and followed us out to complain! Unreal !!! Avoid this poorly managed location at all costs. Have read other similar reviews and the response by management is comical and obviously not taken seriously.

The Princeton has always been our favorite bar/restaurant but your older hostess is absolutely miserable and not the least bit welcoming. We have also tried on a few occasions to place take out orders but were told they were "too busy" that day. The season is short and you are turning away business? I hope whoever owns the Princeton reads the reviews and reconsiders the person responsible for welcoming guests. Having her as the face of your establishment is not doing you any favors. Please look at your reviews and make some changes. It can't be that difficult to find a kind and welcoming hostess. We have loved the Princeton for over 40 years and hope you will make the changes that are needed so that coming to the Princeton is enjoyable again.

Had a business lunch with 6 of us. Everyone was very pleased with the portions and taste. Reasonably priced. Service was fine. Understand it gets really busy at dinner but lunch was very relaxed.

Service was ok. The waitress took is to our table and tossed the menus down and said enjoy your meal as she walked away before we even sat down. Our waiter was really nice and on top of things. My husband and son both got the cheese steaks which they said was pretty good but I ordered the appetizer wings and they were so dry you couldn't eat them. I had one. And just didn't eat the others. Bill came to $80....not worth it at all. Will not go back.

Had a great time coming here despite the weather being a bit cold. It got packed around 1130pm and there was a couple good bands playing. All in all a good time but the crowd got a bit young and to the point you couldn’t move which is not my scene anymore but to each their own!

Carol was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with in my life. A drink was sitting on one of the menus. She came to our table and Aggressively pulled it from under the glass and told us it’s not a place mat. Before I could even respond she had stormed off. I am completely disgusted by the rudeness of the staff. We will never be back.

This was the worst service ever the bartender took my debit card then threw it at me all rudely. Never will be there ever again. Be better

Sat down for half an hour and no one helped us. We just got up and left. Hostess said our server was doing paperwork with the manager, that’s not my problem. Find a replacement or sit us down somewhere else. There were several servers not doing anything.

Place was renovated a year or two ago. Looks amazing. Lots of outside seating and the inside bar has a cool vibe; cooler than the Princeton, if you ask me. Negatives continue to be that the place is highly overpriced. Additionally, they don't even include chips with their sandwiched/burgers, let alone some fries. Finally, see attached picture. This is laughable. How can a place that charges $20 for a sandwich include these tomato slices? Really? In fact, when I was done, I left the tomatoes in the middle of the plate so the waitress would see them. She did, but didn't say a word. My wife's sandwich had similar tomato slices with rinds. That is BAD!
