We only ate at Big Chancho's tacos. It was so good we ate there twice in 4 days. The shrimp, fish, and steak tacos were all great. I loved the salsa verde and my husband really enjoyed both of the spicy red salsas. The complimentary chips and salsa were also really good and super filling.
Though not everything is made fresh there it still tastes super fresh (some already prepared food like the salsa and such and some of the fruit I believe is frozen). They don't use a lot of salt, I guess because they cater to a healthier crowd so depending on you taste buds you may want to add. But I do wish they used garlic and/or onions to give it a bit more flavor. This place is a life saver on an island with tons of pizza, tacos and Italian food.
