Food was legit and impressive considering they made everything for a rehearsal dinner and it came out in a timely manner and not one dish was cold. Service was great in a beautiful surrounding

They did accommodate us by giving us space. The service was good. The thing of the whole night was our food came out cold, not even lukewarm. Did not send it back and we will not go back.

Food offerings were limited. With a reservation and as few diners as were in the restaurant during our visit (4 tables, including ours) we felt that our welcome and subsequent service was lukewarm.

DH never disappoints. Staff knowledgeable about everything on menu. We enjoy dining with friends and taking our time with drinks and apps and this restaurant never rushes you through dinner. Plus the food is always amazing. Enjoyed raw oysters and shrimp, and for entrees the pork chop, flounder and a beef burrata pasta special that was absolutely to die for! A delightful and delicious experience every single time. Will always recommend!

Food was amazing! Very high quality and artist creations. Very attentive to details. Service was very friendly. Atmosphere is elegant yet casually comfortable. New favorite restaurant!

We enjoyed the perfectly flavored and perfectly chopped kale salad, and shared scallops with pumpkin risotto, chicken Milanese and braised short ribs. Nothing disappointed. The chicken was moist, everything was perfectly prepared and the trio of entrees was shared by the table.

The food and service were excellent. The chicken Milanese is an interesting interpretation of “Milanese” and much better than any chicken I've had in Milan! Lots of fresh crisp veggies. And don't miss out on their house-made ice creams! A real treat. It made up for how noisy and loud it is. The restaurant would benefit from installing some acoustical materials to quiet the space a little.

Scallops were good, but nothing spectacular. The steak special was one of the worst steaks I’ve ever had in my entire life. Such a shame because our bill was over 200.00 dollars for a meal that was horrible. Dessert wasn’t good either. We heard great things about this place, but it seems like they are taking a turn for the worst. We will not be retuning.

Absolutely wonderful as always. The food is sublime, the service is impeccable... what more can I say? Looking forward to our next visit... and the one after that, and the one after that...

The scallops were good! However, the steak special was probably one of the worst steaks I've ever had in my entire life. It's a shame because we spent over 200.00 dollars on this meal and I could have made it way better at home. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Our 2nd time at Diving Horse and it's outstanding! Highly recommend the whipped feta squash app ... the wedge salad !! Side of carrots. Entrees amazing We enjoyed it all ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Diving Horse was fantastic. Food was exceptional, service was outstanding, noise level, yes, a little loud, but not unbearable. The restaurant has a really great vibe and is a fantastic place to go if you're looking for upscale food in a great NJ shore town.

Kale Caesar salad was great especially the dressing. The short ribs were good. A big hit was the Pasta dish (radiatore with sausage and cheese) Glad I ordered it. Service was great. My only complaint is that the noise level at times was disturbing. Several Tables of 6 were so loud that it was hard to talk to each other.
