No matter what day, time, or location, when I walk into a Goodness Bowls 'm greeting with a warm smile, incredible welcome, and the best vibes! The bowls, wraps, salads, smoothies, coffee .. it's all INCREDIBLE! Everything is always 10/10 ... it was a crazy busy weekend, but the service is still impeccable and the staff is just the best! We are so lucky to have GB in our town! Thanks Goodness Bowls and Happy 250th and Happy Summer!
Fourth of July is one of the busiest weekends down the shore and all businesses feel added pressure. Goodness Bowls maintained their quality and standards through the crazy weekend. Given how busy it was, there was minimal wait time. The entire staff was respectful and kind during my entire experience. Highly recommend visiting for a delicious breakfast or lunch!

The toast was a thick mashed avocado spread topped with a few grape tomato halves, cucumber, olives and some diced red onions. Toast was crisp and thick to hold it.
