The restaurant is one of the few open in the office season, so it can be crowded. It's on the smaller side, so it can be noisy. Sadly, the service really wasn't great. We had to ask 3 times for bread. Then we had to ask for butter. We asked 3 times, with 3 different people for a glass of ice, over a 20 minute span. We had to use the previous guests wine bucket to chill down the wine, too. The food was great, but the one entree appears to have been prepared too quickly...
We had a very enjoyable experience at dinner the other night. We are regular diners at the other sister restaurants which are equally as great. Food was wonderful as was the service.
Beautiful outdoor area that we made a reservation for, but were told when we arrived that it was closed for a private event. The indoor space does not match the vibe of the menu or outdoor space. The cool vibe of the Polpo check folders should be reflected in the restaurant. Instead it feels dated l, brightly lit and the art on the walls is bizarre. Needs an update with better art and cool lighting. Our food was delicious, especially the speck wrapped artichokes and tiramisu....
