Ii ove visiting the sandbar!! it’s the perfect oasis in a perfect town. the sandbar is truly a no shower happy hour must stop! the bartenders and service is top notch and they are the best people to be around ✨
IKONA Beach Bar is one of my favorite spots in Avalon. The vibes are always on point. Sitting out in the sun with a beer, toes in the sand, and friends all around—it doesn’t get much better. I’ve been here a few times and usually the music really brings the energy, but this weekend the band Aloha My Broha was a little too mellow. Still a fun time, just not as lively as usual. Overall, it’s a great place to spend an afternoon and I’ll definitely be back.

Actively bad food - just poor quality ingredients. Chicken wings were mostly fat and weirdly breaded. You shouldn’t need to bread wings. Waitress warned us away from adding chicken to a salad, on the ground that it was “salad bar chicken” rather than freshly grilled. Hot dog was oddly gray on the outside.
