I got the sticky wing platter with collard greens and mac n cheese. I would give 4 stars. The sticky wings were flavorful on the surface. My friend got the catfish sandwich platter, yams and green beans. She stated the same thing that the food could have been more flavorful. Overall a good experience. The owners/cooks were friendly and let us sample some items to help us decide what we wanted. Would like to come back again and try other menu items. While doing our family vacation to NYC and after spending the morning at the Statue of Liberty, the family and I were famished and decided to find food before returning to our hotel! Did a search for a soul food restaurant and Feed Ya Soul came back. The name intrigued me as a Christian so there we headed. Every Friday is fish night for us with Feed YaSoul. The ONLY catfish we have to have to end the week on a high note.
