I'm only reviewing with 4 stars because I went in looking for Boston creme donuts and they only have one left on the shelf plus very narrrow choices to pick from for a half dozen box whic is not a lot of donuts and I had to repeat the sameHowever, the male attendant was very polite, accomodating and friendly. I've been coming to this location on and off for three years. And every time I come in the employees are always really cool people. I came in today and the nice lady asked about my hand tattoo and necklace, and we had one of the best conversations I've had since coming here! I never caught her name, but she was one of the nicest people I've met so far. Like I said, everyone at this location is pretty cool! It's why I keep coming back!

My daughter & her friend did a mobile order for donuts. Went to pick them up and was told they didn’t have the donuts they ordered and was just brushed off to get their money back through the app. Not even offered another option like a different donut. Just oh well get your money back through the app. Whole time the lady was sitting down in a chair. Horrible customer service at this location.
