I understand when you don’t have a receipt with DD l, it gave you the wrong perception of being safe and get away with certain stuff. Wrong. There’s always a way to let other people know about costumer poor costumer service. Guess what I found you guys online. Not because then costumer receipt say DELTA , anyone can look or search online. I want to get a coffee on Sunday afternoon so when I got home the coffee was cold. I use to work for DD I will never serve cold coffee. So I called the store and the guy I spoke to he like nothing I could do,

Love this Dunkin on my morning commute. The ladies really do there thing. Only two people working in the morning ( most of the time)which is there most busiest time. They need more help. ?? the person making the food should have two good ovens not just one. They work very hard! Good job ladies.
