Been coming here for years because it’s around the corner. Last Saturday, when I went through the drive through the employee at the window said “the car behind you said you’re paying for them.” What?! No I’m not! I was so confused. Eventually the employee told me “Actually that’s just one of the employees here, he always asks us to try that.” I was STUNNED. This is SO unacceptable!Again, I repeat, 2 employees at this location tried to get me to pay for one of their orders by TELLING ME I already offered to. This is INSANE. You can’t make this up, it’s too dumb.Thank god I’m moving soon.

I've gone through the drive through multiple times now, and it's always been a bad experience. The workers attitudes are monotone and lethargic at best, and the larger Indian woman especially was downright nasty, even though you're just informing them of an order mistake SHE made. Multiple times I've been handed food or a drink that wasn't mine then asked to give it back, only to be handed to the next customer; so I have some concerns on sanitation. Go to another location in the area. There's plenty, and the service is leaps and bounds better. I won't be back.

I understand when you don’t have a receipt with DD l, it gave you the wrong perception of being safe and get away with certain stuff. Wrong. There’s always a way to let other people know about costumer poor costumer service. Guess what I found you guys online. Not because then costumer receipt say DELTA , anyone can look or search online. Costumer service was depressing, especially when you are trying to go and continue with your daily activities. I had enough time to spare waiting at the drive through. It was not the issue. However, it doesn’t mean that you can take your sweat time, have a crew conversation about life, not taking their sweat time. Coffe taste like it was hours getting burned on the coffe maker, extra milk was just a passing by miles away from the coffe. It was not the first time. I also see that others DD work with time of service, and this store seems don’t care at all.Kid-friendliness: Service

This dunkin donuts is absolutely the slowest when it comes to in-house service. This is the 3rd time it’s this slow. Go through the drive thru not inside.

I order 3 items. Get to the window missing 1 items, lady has a attitude, tells me to wait on the side, her son comes out with a worst attitude. I guess it was too early 9:00 am. No good morning, no sorry for not getting the order right. Stay away from this place.

I got home and my bagel was soaked in butter. Very sloppy presentation for food and staff is not pleasant. I like the butter pecan iced coffee but staff is unprofessional

Terrible coffee form here I asked for a iced caramel coffee and they didn’t add any caramel and one cold brew with sweet cold foam and they didn’t put no cold foam

Love this Dunkin on my morning commute. The ladies really do there thing. Only two people working in the morning ( most of the time)which is there most busiest time. They need more help. ?? the person making the food should have two good ovens not just one. They work very hard! Good job ladies.

DO NOT GO HERE. You can drive an extra 3 mins to the next location because they are not going to make your drink correctly here. They do not make the drinks correctly they might mess up a black coffee beware.
