My daughter & her friend did a mobile order for donuts. Went to pick them up and was told they didn’t have the donuts they ordered and was just brushed off to get their money back through the app. Not even offered another option like a different donut. Just oh well get your money back through the app. Whole time the lady was sitting down in a chair. Horrible customer service at this location.

I'm only reviewing with 4 stars because I went in looking for Boston creme donuts and they only have one left on the shelf plus very narrrow choices to pick from for a half dozen box whic is not a lot of donuts and I had to repeat the sameHowever, the male attendant was very polite, accomodating and friendly. I appreciated his hospitality because it was a long day, late afternoon as well.This Dunkin probably has a better assortment earlier in the day. I won't have a way of finding out because it's not on my way to work in the mornings.

I've been coming to this location on and off for three years. And every time I come in the employees are always really cool people. I came in today and the nice lady asked about my hand tattoo and necklace, and we had one of the best conversations I've had since coming here! I never caught her name, but she was one of the nicest people I've met so far. Like I said, everyone at this location is pretty cool! It's why I keep coming back!

I hate writing bad reviews. I love DD but I tried multiple times with this location and they really screwed it up many times. Many times the food was undercooked and frozen in the center. Also, many items are not available. I asked for a latte with oatmilk, the woman made it with regular milk. When I told her I asked for oatmilk, she said she would have to charge me. She charge me a dollar. Than the woman started reusing the same cup that had milk in it. Cross contamination with allergies is a real thing. It's a pretty serious thing. They were annoyed to remake it and was annoyed I asked for a new cup. I just don't get it. I tried to like this spot multiple times but I can't moving forward ever return to this dunkin donuts. There is another one not to far from me so I'll try there from now on.Dietary restrictions: I can't have milk, I always order with oatmilk. The woman put in regular milk because she wasn't paying attention and than charged me to make a new cup. I won't ever come back here again. If people have dairy allergies please avoid this location.

I didn’t want to make a poor review for Dunkin since I typically love Dunkin so much, but this particular store is THE Dunkin that somehow always manages to get your order wrong. Maybe it’s my fault for placing orders ahead of time at 7:30 am…maybe no Dunkin has very basic menu items available so early. Either way, there should be some sort of warning so I know I’m not getting what I paid for.I wanted to celebrate a student at my school with her favorite treats: chocolate and jelly munchkins. I threw in glazed munchkins, too, just in case. Pretty simple order if you ask me. I was in such a rush to make it on time that I just grabbed the container and ran.Well, when it came time to giving this student and her friends these treats, we were all so disappointed to find 25 glazed munchkins. No chocolate or jelly filled in sight. Thankfully they were all really sweet about it, saying, “It’s ok, they will get eaten anyway.” But the disappointment really upset me. I promised this specific treat, and I let her down. This may sound dramatic, but I paid for these munchkins. I ordered ahead. I gave it time. And yet they couldn’t get something as simple as a chocolate munchkin.How are these items not available so early in the day? It doesn’t make sense to me. And it’s not the first time something similar happened where I opened my bag and found an item I didn’t purchase because they somehow didn’t have the one I did. I wish there was a way they could mark these items unavailable on the app so I knew before I left the store.

I was in the neighborhood visiting family stop by the Dunkin’ Donuts to get some food at 6:30 pm on Friday 4/28/23 The woman told me kitchen is closed. I asked what time do they close? She said kitchen is closed. I asked her again I’m just asking what time you close she said 7 o’clock she said No food can make now … very rude. Did not say hello when I walked in did not ask if they can help me did not say sorry the kitchen was close I would not want this employee to work for me.

If i could give 0 stars to this place i would. Went the other day and the cashier took my order. After charging me she tells me she has no more croissant so i reply well what you going to do about it? Can i get a refund and she gets mad and says “No i cant, i will give you a bagel”, i said what? Thats not what i wanted if you don’t know what you have then why charge me first i am not taking what ever you want me to. So she got very agressive and starting telling me to shut up and leave the store and gave me not even half of my money back nor my receipt I was so upset that i didnt realize it until i got home. Horrible place this peaople should not be working with costumer service they really need some manners.
