This is the best bakery. My family and I have been coming here since the 80s, and you can't find better cakes anywhere. Their baked goods are consistently delicious and so incredibly pretty. (Our favorite is the cake in the shape of a hamburger! Amazing!) Their almond macaroons are the best I've ever had. What a wonderful place.
Let me preface this with my family LOVES Macaroon Shop cakes. Every special occasion we happily place a cake order.
Last week I placed an order for a 1/4 sheet cake with lemon buttercream and fresh strawberry fillings. Order was placed on the phone, reread for accuracy and that was it. No mention of price. No worries though, as I stated before - we've placed orders before. Caught me by surprise when I arrived to pick up the cake and the total came to $92! Credit...

I ordered a full sheet cake with vanilla custard filling for our church’s 350th Anniversary celebration. The cake was awesome! Beautiful, delicious and every piece went! Thank you Macaroon Shop!
