Nicest people on the island! And great sandwiches!!! ☺️
This quaint deli was the perfect stop amongst our travels up and down the island. Their made to order sandwiches are fantastic and they don’t skimp on the contents. The sandwiches aren’t small, you get better ingredients, and way more food for the money then your quick stop chain places. This will be a staple stop whenever we are in LBI.
This store sells good sandwiches, however the entire place needs a good going over. There is a ridiculous amount of wasted space which could be used to stock better options. There is a North End folks don’t mind spending, fill those shelves with goodies. If this shop and Agnello’s did a better job with their merchandising, I’d never go to Neptune. I don’t know why they aren’t taking full advantage of their space.

Inlet Delicatessen, located at the northern tip of Barnegat Light, offers well-made sandwiches, delicious crumb cake, and huge donuts. They also have essential items for a weekend stay. The staff is accommodating and friendly. While some find it mediocre, others highly recommend it for a delightful lunch at the nearby picnic tables. Fresh and well-prepared food awaits at this charming deli.
