The employees of this dunkin are immature children who spend more time gossiping and flirting with each other than serving the customers. Waited in an empty store for 15 minutes with 3 employees behind the register one who was on his phone only to walk out because they ignored me even after talking openly about how I was waiting and they were making co workers drinks vs helping me. I love dunkin and the Manahawkin store but this one is garbage.4/1 2:35pm if management cares to review the tape ??♂️

We went on Wednesday at 6PM and they only had sesame bagels. I wanted my sandwich on a croissant but no croissants. That was a big disappointment. I gave it 2 stars for the coffee. That’s always good.Also I just signed up for rewards and didn’t know I had to scan it before I ordered and paid so I didn’t get my rewards. ?

This is the worse Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. Zero acknowledgement when you walk in. They stare at you like your from a different planet. Entire staff needs to be retrained.Field management seriously needs to step up and take some type of action and train these employees and hold them to Dunkin Donuts standards.
Every time myself or anyone I know that has gone to the Barnegat Dunkin’ it’s been terrible. They never have any donuts of any kind, run out of bagels immediately and coffee/latte is terrible. Service with an attitude. Who runs the place? Does anyone ever follow up on their performance. Why open it if it’s going to suck.

I often visit about 20 to 25 different Dunkin’ Donuts in a month for work, but the one on Lighthouse Drive in Barnegat was especially disappointing. The pick-up area for food and drinks is located behind the counter, so despite ordering ahead, I still had to check in. When I asked for a fork, the manager rudely claimed he couldn’t hear me and made me wait. The girl who went to get the fork then yelled at the manager, displaying unprofessional behavior. Additionally, the manager was rude to an elderly lady when I walked in. It's unfortunate that despite my frequent visits, experiences like this make me leave less happy than when I arrived.

I wish I could share the picture of my Latte. $6 Large Latte with whipped cream and I get a barely half full cup with no whipped cream. Plus it tasted terrible. I'll never give this place business again. Another typical low class establishment with overpaid kids working that only care about watching tictok instead of making an order correctly. I spent over $20 on my order. The food was decent but that only needed to be heated up. Although the loaded hash browns had like 3 tiny pieces of bacon and about enough cheese to cover 2 tots. Straight pathetic. Classic Barnegat trash just like Burger King and 711.
Everytime I ask for less ice it’s like they give me more on purpose ??

But that's what happens when places hire people whose only qualifications is the fact that they have a pulse. They lack education, they lack manners, they lack common sense, they lack work ethics.

Figured some locals would like to know - Barnegat Dunkin is infested with roaches, they bug bombed Friday, was advised not to open for 24 hours but did because management doesn't care. Donuts and pastries were delivered into the place in an open rack, an employee said they ate a donut and got sick.The roaches/ bugs have been nesting in the machines that make peoples drinks. Employees have pictures and videos of all this happening but are told by management not to disclose any info, being told to check their shoes for roach eggs before they leave the store.I'm sure some people that work there that are hiding the info, but l'd think twice about going to dunkin.
