Drive thru got our order wrong 4 times, common it’s coffee for goodness sake. So much for drive thru for expediency. I really should have given a 1 but they do get it right 50% of the time. Such a shame but only go here if you have time to waste

As someone who frequents this Dunkin daily and sometimes twice a day I have to say the morning shift and afternoon/night shift make this dunkin seem like 2 completely different locations.
The morning staff is always so friendly AND fast on a busy Monday morning the wait usually isn’t longer than 5-10 minutes. That’s given the fact that going through the drive thru with the mobile pick up and regular lane. The morning staff and management is just phenomenal...

I go here almost daily. Have I had mistakes with orders... yes. But they are very rare, and everyone makes mistakes once in a while. The employees are always kind and courteous, and they really try to get your order quickly and correctly.
