Had our 25th Anniversary dinner at East Bay Italian Grille in Barnegat on Wednesday. Our server, Nicole was great! I was interested in the prime rib special & asked if it was possible to get a really rare piece. She checked with the kitchen & told me it's pinkish but not really really rare. East Bay Grill has the absolute best vodka sauce I’ve ever had! It’s rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Every time I visit, I’m blown away by the quality of the food and the incredible flavors.
The service is always excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff that makes dining here a great experience. If you’re a fan of great Italian dishes, especially vodka sauce, East Bay Grill is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Take out :Thin crust pizza very good. House salad very good, house balsamic very good. @ 13.99 salad had fresh ingredients and was very good but overpriced. maybe worth 8.99 but 13.99 too much. Pizza priced right for quality. Overall very good.
