Their pricing is becoming out of control. Every franchise you go to is busy. With the amount of business they do with basically high school and college students working at minimum wage, no need to gouge people. Also no televisions for viewing or not even any music playing.

The drive thru was a mob scene, but they moved you along like they got pointers from Disney.
I always ask for extra pickles ....instead of three, they give me 4 ......and at this point I say pickles on the side also ... and the gal of lemonade I get takes forever to fill a gal ..or they have run out and have to fill the container up 1st .,...

My experience at this particular one was not great I spoke with a manager she was very apologetic and corrected the problem but when I went again I checked my order before leaving they forgot to put a sandwich in the bag.
Terrible service. We waited up front with servers talking amongst themselves without recognizing us or even stating we will be with you shortly. After some time we were greeter. We requested french fries and they were unable to make them for us because we were 20 minutes early before they would make them because they have a policy on when they make french fries. We left. Disappointing.
