A lovely atmosphere and beer, but one employee (a woman with dark hair, arm tattoos, and a braid) truly changed our experience in a negative way. She wanted the children of our group to essentially act as adults and never move from their seats or make noise while outside. She also was judgmental about the one child our group making noise in the bar once we moved inside. Despite her mentioning that she has a baby, everything about our interactions with her (which was entirely too many) screamed that she hated children, is on a power trip, and acted borderline, if not overtly, racist. Other than this one woman, the rest of the staff was lovely and I would come back for them and the rest of the experience.
I love this bar; beers are great and vibes are amazing BUT there is one woman who works here (girl with a braid and arm tats) who is honestly almost able to ruin the vibe completely. She hates children and dogs and is super judgemental and rude and makes guests feel very unwelcome. Other than her, love this bar.
Unique, rugged interior with a lust for light. The beer never disappoints. My favorite part? Playing in the gravel. The smells are intoxicating, and the stones themselves have the naughtiest stories to tell. Sometimes there's food under there. Surprises around every turn. 3 cheers, 5 stars, and an A+!
Beers are great. BYO food. Kids are welcome (despite the one woman bartender with arm tattoos that is very intolerant of young children or perhaps just takes her job too seriously). Definitely bring your kids just ignore this one lady on a power trip.
Great place to grab a beer! Dog friendly! Nice staff. The plant wall is a nice touch. There is a big screen, usually playing a Phillies game. Bring your own food! Merch for purpose. If you like trying new breweries, definitely stop by!
Without a doubt, our favorite South Jersey brewery. Kane and Conclave up North, and now we're largely living in the Poconos, we will not get here as much, but we've loved Tonewood since opening day in Oaklyn. Stellar IPAs. Can't really go wrong. Good crowd. Can get noisy with high ceilings, and the balcony is often reserved for parties and such. Oftentimes, great music. Very polite staff. Attentive. And the pricing is quite fair for the quality of the brews. And no, I do not own a portion of the brewery. Still like the original vibe at the the first place, but hard to get a seat. Lots of brews in cans to go. Good options to bring food, too, like the Old Rail across the street.
It is always too loud in here when the bands are playing. I should not have to shout at the bartender to order. We had to go outdoors in the rain to escape the volume.
Also, if you have kids please don't let them run around and lay on the floor and trip patrons. Put your beer in a thermos and take them to the park like a civilized person.
Parkway was Paradise 🙂
First time here, googled a few breweries in this area and this place popped up so we came to visit. They have a parking lot on premises, very modern and updated facility, nice brewery. There is an upstairs and downstairs, as well as an outdoor area-very spacious brewery. Plenty of indoor seating. The Staff were nice, good beer, cool atmosphere. I would recommend.
Great selection of beer and atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Be cool. Buy local. Because this local spot is amazing. Fantastic beer. Fantastic people. Awesome atmosphere. Go here. Have a blast. I dare you.
The Redwood Cherry Saison is 🤌🤌🤌 chill vibes, good people, good beer - highly recommend! ❤️🍻
Team is unprofessional and full of attitude. They tried stating that their children policy was clear and was that children must remain seated at all times. This is simply not true. And their team tried making up their own rules, when the owner wasn’t around and were rude about it. Wouldn’t waste my time at a place that cannot be inclusive and understanding.
This is such a great company. Great quality beer, facilities, and staff. Really appreciate that they are dog friendly. Love their policy on kids being seated with parent supervision. I don’t like going out to a predominantly alcohol serving establishment having to dodge running children and worry constantly as they annoy my dogs without their parents anywhere in sight.
Thank y’all for keeping everyone’s safety in mind
Wow, I took Michael and Jillian (Son and Daughter in Law) to the Barrington location last night and had the best draft beer I ever had. It was called Poolside Lager and the vibe is exactly what us beer drinkers are looking for. Also, we needed to get something to eat and the bar tender told us to go to the rail tavern across the street for dinner. She said if they have a chicken special order that! She was right. I will come back often to your establishment! David
