One of my favorite places around! You can eat here at all price points. My favs are Clear Soup for cold days, and then for dinner portions: tataki, poke bowls, and sushi rolls are all fantastic to mix and match. Poke bowls are the best bang for buck. GO HERE IF YOU LIVE CLOSE!

Coming from Philadelphia to seek best ayce sushi.And it’s not disappointing the taste is mild not to strong, the presentation is really good. The little let down probably the environment because it’s a small place but still don’t get bothered because the sushi is really good ??Update : Just visiting the place and there’s definitely not disappointed. Where i was think it’s just my luck that i got good food but i was wrong it’s was the same as before good, great and enjoyable it was the best sushi so far that i have taste it. But the down side is the sashimi selection where u must add $$ to have it. But so far this is the #1 Sushi AYCE on my list. ?

I've never dined in but it's a very cute but small little establishment I do intend on trying on having dinner in house one dayI always order takeout, usually their lunch roll special or sometimes I may order more. The sushi is always fresh. The service is great. I usually do pickup but I have on occasion done delivery and it was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. I had no complaints.They have a lot of specialty rolls and thier regular rolls are eight pieces .I also love the kani salad and seaweed salad. Their prices are reasonable. It's a great little spot.

Watami is the absolute best for sushi. I am not even a sushi person but they make it so well that I actually enjoy it. I also love their hibachi steak and shrimp. The rice the noodles.. everything is absolutely delicious!! Their cuts of fish is seriously the best in all of south jersey! Yup I said it. Only thing I don’t prefer there is the soup. Other than that everything is perfect!!

This was the first time we ordered takeout including spicy tuna roll, spicy girl roll, and a salmon roll. It was a great experience since the service was fast and all the rolls were delicious and filling. We will most definitely order here again!

I have been to Watami more times than I can count now, and each time I have had a great experience. There are very few places left that still maintain such great quality of food while charging a fairly decent amount for them. Literally favorite sushi place in NJ!

This was my first time trying this restaurant. I was in the mood for sushi so I got the shrimp tempura roll, spicy crab roll, and crab & cheese roll . It was really good! I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely order from here again.

Came here with my son for dinner. Food was fresh and nice portions. Everything was delicious. Good service for eat in, although there are only a few tables inside the restaurant.

We went for all you can eat and were the only people there. That made the service speedy, which was nice. Today is 79 degrees outside with a breeze, but it was very warm in the restaurant which we didn't appreciate, but it wasn't terrible. The Godzilla roll is fried, which we were looking forward to, but it was very greasy and unappetizing. They don't do a good job at spicy tuna/shrimp/salmon, etc. due to excess crunch and minimal meat. It was hard to get through the roll, to be honest. The traditional rolls were good. We ordered tuna avocado and yellowtail. Fresh fish and yummy. No complaints there. Overall I am putting a three because my best friend gave it a 4 and I gave it a 2.5. Hope this helps!
