A cute cafe in the heart of Basking Ridge's commercial district. It is simple but charming, and coupled with the town, has a very Gilmore Girls-esque atmosphere. Limited parking right in the front of the cafe. We came on a Wednesday around 11am and it was almost empty, and as we were leaving about an hour later it was nearly full. Good service, good food, great prices. I would definitely come back if I find myself in the area.

This place was great. I find it this morning when looking for a new place to grab breakfast, and it was a really nice surprise.My order was simple - an American breakfast with 2 eggs over easy - but it was great; perfectly cooked eggs; thick, crispy bacon; and really good potatoes.I was alone so managed to grab the only empty seat left at the counter, but every other table was full and there were people waiting outside, so be prepared to wait to sit if you’re with a group. I’ll definitely be back.

I was there yesterday for breakfast, the place was super nice and warm, they have it for breakfast or lunch. I ordered this avocado toast with salmon, a total delight. I'm going back to continue trying menu options that look great and I love that they have fruit smoothies made on the spot. 10

Today I visited the Blue Cafe place in Basking Ridge with some friends and had a really great time. There was plenty of parking on the streets and the staff was really welcoming and friendly all the time. They have so many good options that it’s hard to choose one, but we tried the warsaw skillet, eggs benny and the huevos rancheros and everything was delicious. They also have really good coffee and fresh pressed juice, highly recommended and worth the wait! We’ll be back to try the ricotta lemon pancakes next time!

This is an amazing place. The food is delicious-a lot of different options on the menu that include breakfast and lunch selections. There is also a great selection of fresh pressed juices. Everything is nicely served. The staff is very nice and friendly.
This place is a fire hazard they have crammed too many tables in and the server say it's busy like this everyday with a line out the door so let's just assume the front window curtains which run the length of the restaurant caught fire would you go out the little 2x2 front door or will you try to find your way through the kitchen and get out that's how crowded it was secondly when I walked inside there were all extra chairs in the foyer and obviously there was a wait and I was told to go wait back outside but since I have special needs that's not something I could have done on a rainy day or you would have been picking me up off the sidewalk they also have a plaque on the table that basically says they like to turn their tables over fast so it's not a place to go with an old friend and catch up on things because they will throw you out I would try it one more time because the food not because of the crowd they need to organize it a bit better the hostess with the very sweetest accent was beautiful great positive attitude but I could see how frustrated she was was trying to control people the people coming in didn't have a place to go the people going out couldn't get out
