Today I visited the Blue Cafe place in Basking Ridge with some friends and had a really great time. There was plenty of parking on the streets and the staff was really welcoming and friendly all the time. They have so many good options that it’s hard to choose one, but we tried the warsaw skillet, eggs benny and the huevos rancheros and everything was delicious. This is an amazing place. The food is delicious-a lot of different options on the menu that include breakfast and lunch selections. There is also a great selection of fresh pressed juices. Everything is nicely served. The staff is very nice and friendly.

I was there yesterday for breakfast, the place was super nice and warm, they have it for breakfast or lunch. I ordered this avocado toast with salmon, a total delight. I'm going back to continue trying menu options that look great and I love that they have fruit smoothies made on the spot. 10
