Joey was amazing
Had a great experience with the customer service. They were welcoming as my son and i came in. The flavors and toppings were great although prices were higher than most places.
Amazing people, I always come here when I’m having a rough day- even better froyo!

Frozen Falls is a frozen yogurt shop with a clean atmosphere, great choices, and excellent service. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the early removal of toppings before closing time. Additionally, some have found the prices to be expensive, especially since customers cannot create their own yogurt. Despite this, the shop remains a popular spot, conveniently located near the Basking Ridge exit on I-78.
