Had a great experience with the customer service. They were welcoming as my son and i came in. The flavors and toppings were great although prices were higher than most places.

The place it’s self is great there’s are so many great options and flavors to choose from. I have always had a great experience coming here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Everyone is to nice and polite. The way these girls handled tonight was very respectful and astonishing on how they remained respectful and they even gave alternatives to these rude entitled customers. Frozen Falls is a frozen yogurt shop with a clean atmosphere, great choices, and excellent service. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the early removal of toppings before closing time. Additionally, some have found the prices to be expensive, especially since customers cannot create their own yogurt. Despite this, the shop remains a popular spot, conveniently located near the Basking Ridge exit on I-78.
