These bagels flat out suck--burnt, overcharred, flavorless and bland... Quite possibly one of the worst whole wheat bagels I've ever eaten.
Egg orders are not requested during ordering so they default to scrambled rather than fried like every other shop does.
Most certainly not enough bacon when bacon is ordered on a sandwich
Prices are insane. BEC with extra egg + small OJ was somehow nearly $12...
Sadly, the next closest shop is far from here, so they'll continue to stay in business...

I've been here multiple times, and sadly, I have to say, I always feel disappointed after spending my money here. Today was the icing on the cake. A tiny egg, cheese, and hash brown wrap cost me a bit over $8.. I did ask for an additional egg because the sandwich only comes with 1, and I Know a hash brown adds to cost too, but I just can't justify the cost when I'm still hungry after that, and they didn't even have decaf coffee.

I went there to get breakfast and the person in the counter taking the order was very rude and sarcastic. Had no good customer service, I think he wasn't happy to be there at work. I had to walk out without ordering anything. The business will go down having rude worker especially taking the order.

This place has good food but takes advantage of your wallet because of where you live. There’s other places just as tasty without putting a hole in your wallet just because they think they can. 7$ for egg and cheese on a roll? $5!!!!! For just one drink? Seriously?
