I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the Egyptian cuisine offered. There is a wide variety of options, especially the sandwiches, such as liver, kofta, and sojuk. Even the hawashi is crispy and cooked to perfection. I make it a point to visit whenever I’m in Bayonne.
