Customer service is very, very bad. I have been a customer of this restaurant for three years. I order from this restaurant repeatedly, almost weekly. Today I was there. The employee at the front desk spoke to me in a completely inappropriate manner and was very silly in dealing. I am used to ordering a specific thing from them and it is available. In every request, but when ordering, this employee told me that work on this thing has been stopped from today, and I told him that I will stop ordering from your restaurant from this day as well.

It was really good; I had never tried Egyptian food before. My nine-year-old son, who usually only enjoys quick food and candies, enjoyed the grill mix family dinner. The portions are large and the price is excellent. lovely personnel, lovely and tidy place.

Hi I ordered postmates and got the platter for 2- had all kinds of chicken and steak and lamb. Over a huge bed of rice, pitas and some delicious cucumber tomato onion salad, and a garlic sauce that i need to try and replicate at home LOL- me and my 11 year old son devoured this entire tin. It was delicious, will def order again.

I knew when I walked in and smelled the food it was gonna be good! There was some enticing looking chicken behind the glass that looked so amazing but I’m a lamb type of girl first! I got the shawarma sandwich that was very well seasoned. I just wish i would have asked for some lettuce and tomatoes, the pita was warm though and a nice compliment to my sandwich. Also very well priced! Sorry about the big bite, I was hungry.

First impressions of this place was terrible, inside is not really nice warm welcoming. The worker was smoking cigarettes outside in front of the store and it smelled bad and I can smell it inside the restaurant, it looks like a cafeteria with bland colors or nice decor. Upon ordering, they were just not nice but not rude and they just want orders to be taken so they can just get it over with. Barely any hospitality at all… These workers treat this place like it’s their house and not a business. Once I received my order I decided to take it togo because of the smell. The food was okay barely any flavor honestly waste of time and food isn’t that great, the halal food trucks are better.

They are a scam. The website says whole chicken is for $10.99 but in perosn they tried to charge me $21.99 and when I asked him he said “it’s not our website”.
Great authentic Mediterranean place. I would recommend whole grilled chicken and the shawarmas. I prefer a take out usually than dining in. The service can be a bit late than usual.
A1 Grill is easily my favorite take out spot in Bayonne. The Personal Mix Grill and A-1 Mix Appetizer are mine and my family's most loved dishes.The baba ghanouj is satisfyingly smoky and the meats in the mix are seasoned and grilled perfectly. Definitely worth the trip.

Came here for lunch was a quick stop. Was pretty good, waited about 20 min for shawarma. Inside seating doesn’t really look that existent, seating is very close to one another depicted in the pictures.

I ordered once from here (Bayonne location) for delivery and the food was not bad so I called back a few days later to place another order, a big order and from the minute the man picked up the phone he was extremely rude in the manner in which he was speaking to me and taking the order so before finalizing the order since the rudeness level kept getting worse and worse I asked him “Sir, is there a particular reason why you are speaking to me in this manner? With no reason. Is this how you speak to ur customers?” He then proceeded to try to change his tone slightly and tell me he is busy and needs to finalize the order. I told him if he wants my business I’m going to need an apology for the unwarranted rudeness to which of course he did not. Instead kept asking me so what are you going to do? You gonna finalize the order? not denying that he was being rude but not remorseful or acknowledging it either. Basically I would not recommend this place until they get someone with a better attitude to pick up their phones. Terrible and unnecessary experience. The food is not good enough to be worth the bad experience! Leaves a bad taste.
