The drinks crafted by George were next-level — creative, balanced, and absolutely delicious! 🍸 The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully plated — and the fresh oysters were some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for incredible food, impeccable service, and great vibes, Adoure Bistro is the place to go!

Took my wife out for brunch, and was pleasantly surprised. I had passed by this place many times before it had opened. The playlist was excellent, with a classy/cozy atmosphere. We were greeted immediately and grabbed a table by the window. The host was polite and cheery, and I could hear him singing along to the playlist while we waited for drinks. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

Adour Bistro is truly a hidden gem in Bayonne, and if I had to rate it, this is hands down the #1 restaurant in town. There may be older, more upscale, and pricier establishments around, but for consistently excellent food and drinks, this is the place to be.
The dishes are always cooked to perfection, the cocktails are creative and expertly crafted, and the atmosphere is both friendly and relaxed. We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and have never once been disappointed.
Chef Andrew is outstanding—we feel so lucky to have his talent here. And George’s cocktails? Absolutely spot-on. (Fun fact: he even makes his own limoncello for the lemon spritz!)
Just to give you a taste of our most recent visit: we enjoyed an Italian Manhattan, a watermelon martini, syrniki (farmer’s cheese pancakes), blintzes, and steak & eggs. Everything was flawless.

Our first dinner here was a delight! Service was great & the food/drinks were scrumptious. Highly recommend the watermelon martini, oysters with grated horseradish, grilled octopus, duck confit, and the ricotta pinecone dessert. Will definitely be back for more!!!

First and foremost, the ambiance of Adour Bistro is cozy and welcoming, I love the simple yet elegant decor and the warm welcome of our host George. Second, the menu was visually appealing and did not overwhelm us with options. My husband and I tried the brunch menu. The avocado toast with arugula, pickled red onions, and bacon was the perfect crunchy bite. Needless to say, we can’t wait to go back and try their dinner menu.
