I have been getting my pierogi here for years. Hands down, THE BEST PIEROGI. Being of Polish descent, I have tried many and none compare. All of the baked goods are so fresh. The kruscicki, babka (the cheese babka is amazing), and the poppyseed bread are delicious. The potato pancakes are huge and delicious as well. My favorite place to stop when visiting Bayonne.
Bayonne’s finest. Thr pastrami reuben is the thing to come for apparently. It wasn’t too fatty which was good and sliced thin. It was kind of hard to eat though but who cares. Solid reuben. The Homemade apple cake is delicious and I recommend. Portions are huge and service is friendly. Glad I came.
I called up one day during the week to make sure that they were making pastrami and corned beef sandwiches. It was almost 3:30 and they close by 4. My Husband parked the car and I ran inside. The gentle man behind the counter asked me if I wanted half corned beef and half pastrami. I told him that I wanted one of each. I didn't realize how big they were! He asked me if I wanted mustard and a pickle. I appreciate him asking before putting mustard on my sandwiches. He was extremely...
