I ordered the Pistachios almond favor. It’s a bit sugary to me. Not bad tho.

0 on customer service. I understand we are living in difficult times however, if you are miserable and you simply cannot deal with customers such as the greeting of the day you need to get another job.

How are they still in business? I guess you can get ice cream but doesn't a Boston cream just could better?

In the past week, I have had to correct my order 5 times. Like clockwork, this location consistently gets my order wrong. Not once, not twice - literally every time I've gone there this week.

Although based on prior reviews that most people seem to have had a bad experience here, I have never encountered that at this location. I like this location since it is right by the Bayonne Bridge and has a drive thru. I am simple and usually only order coffees while at Dunkin, but sometimes I'll try a sandwich, muffin, or donut. Qualify of food items is just average at best. The coffee is what makes me come to a Dunkin at least once a week. I feel Dunkin has great tasting coffee and their prices are not so bad.

Three incorrect orders in three days. Same order each day; medium decaf cream only. First day watched them pour reg. Coffee. Second day watched them add sugar. Third day got charged for an ice coffee. I speak slow and clear to no avail.

Horrible service! You ask for box of munchkins and server will tell you the price of a box and then tells you to just get a dozen in a bag. My hazelnut coffee tastes horrible I buy to get a delcious treat and get crappy coffee w/ a side of crappy service.smh ughhh

Most of the staff here is pretty lousy. If I walk in and see a bunch of women staffed behind the counter, I'll now probably just walk across the street. The women are always chatting it up, hardly paying any attention and they take forever....not only has my order been wrong but it takes a really long time to get it. I'm usually treated politely I suppose but geeez I'm not making a social visit..add a little pep in your step and pay attention the job shouldn't require much else. Socialize when you don't have a line of customers glaring at you and the orders might not only be correct but also completed quicker.

Drive thru rudeness...really why why why do you question the customer when I tell you you have gotten my order wrong, forgot to give me something etc. I understand DD drive thru person that you over-talk me and maybe that is why you get so many orders wrong but when a CUSTOMER tells you that they did not receive something or the order is wrong why do you question it with a I CAN'T POSSIBLY BE WRONG attitude. What kind of customer service training are you getting? Franchise owner what the F is your problem get your people on mark!

This place usually screws up the order and is always extremely hot in the summer. Pointless to even go there as most of the time the staff is joking around and taking their time to help me. Hopefully the corporate office sees this as a damage to their brand.

I enjoy coming here, but not on the drive thru. How can you mix up a large coffe and a plain bagel with cream cheese? We have a different experience when we walk in. I have yet to be disappointed at that end.

Dunkin' Donuts franchises in Bayonne have set a very high bar when it comes to toe-headed customer-service, and the ability to misinterpret basic concepts (including the onion bagel:plain bagel paradox). Every trip here will lead to a game of "guess what we (didn't) put in your bag", as the DnD rascals substitute your orders with the most putrid selections they currently have sitting on the shelves. Pack an Egyptian to English dictionary for your trip, as DnD assumes that the English speaking population of bayonne is quite small. If you have ever enjoyed your DnD visit, you're obviously fat and stupid.
