Baskin Robbins is always a treat for me and my family! 🍦 With so many flavors to choose from, there’s something for everyone – whether it’s a classic like chocolate chip or a fun seasonal option. The ice cream is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. I especially love that they let you sample before choosing, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me most is the generous quantity they provide for the price – definitely more than many other brands. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming. A perfect place to enjoy a sweet moment any time of the year! 💖

employees are ridiculously rude they messed up my order i called them and got yelled at for simply wanting a refund, i got hung up in my face three times by a male and later a female. customer service 0/10, and lacks service as a whole.

Awful experience. Ordered through the app only to find out that none of the two ice cream flavors I ordered and paid for already were available. Gave me my scoop in a cup instead of a cone as I had placed on the app. Horrible service here.

I didn't like the service at all. The girls who work there talk about me and my friends and laugh looking at us. This is not the first time, it has been five to ten times.

Store closes at 11pm, went in at 9:45pm and asked for ice cream which was clearly available in the display. The server was looking down the entire time and mumbled to herself that ice cream is over when asked if we can get ice cream, clearly it was right there in the display. They just wanted to clean 1.5 hours earlier and go home. We just left without getting anything. Cashier/server needs customer service training or needs to be replaced. Clearly they don’t give flying $hit about customer service. Horrible attitude.

Says Baskin open until 11:00pm and only the drive thru and just for coffee from Dunkin’. I think the employee clean everything early and don’t want to work anymore.? Change the hours so people don’t waste time and gas coming here!!
