they take there time and make sure your food is fresh takes a few minutes but so delicious they actually care about what they are giving u they look a little tired and not so enthusiastic but they seem like sweet good people :)

The manager assaulted me for trying to refill a drink not from the franchise, left a bruise on my thumb and had the audacity to call the cops on me. Do not go here, service is terrible. Will be filing complaints.

I was here witb 3 buddies of mine, and a worker physically assaulted a buddy of mine and twisted her thumb, then called the cops on us and falsely accused 3 of us of causing problems despite us not doing anything.

I highly recommend that customers download the app, as it’s an excellent way to earn points and save money on various offers, especially if you’re managing a budget. The establishment itself has a very welcoming atmosphere, filled with friendly staff who genuinely care about your experience. You’ll also find the environment to be impeccably clean, contributing to an overall enjoyable visit.

Came in here for breakfast. Nice place. I get gas here all the time and never stopped in. Place is really clean and the staff was very friendly. The Manager is very nice also. Not sure about all these low reviews I just read. I guess everyone reviewing is thinking this is Yelp and they are food critics on TikTok......

While I was waiting for my order, I watched the guy emptying the garbage cans, stop and start working the fry station without washing his hands or even changing his gloves. I couldn’t eat my food and threw it away. So gross, and the manager was right there

Robyn, the manager, is truly exceptional! She’s been outstanding since her time at the Uptown location, and her leadership keeps this Burger King running smoothly. Despite a short-staffed and busy environment, Robyn manages orders with incredible ease and professionalism. The staff can be hard to communicate with at times, and I think the food could use a bit more focus to elevate the quality. The dining room also needs more frequent cleaning. Still, Robyn’s dedication makes this location worth visiting—kudos to her for trying to hold it all together!

I must be special. I've been here twice in two weeks and I have no complaints. Food is hot, fries are fresh, interior is very clean and the staff have been quite friendly.
Go here once and a blue moon and I figure now I leave a review service is bad. The employees and manager there at the time of day don't Acknowledge you when you walk to counter or door. Have wait 20 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch just to get a burger from BK and to not even be greeted at the counter when I walk in. Service here every time I come is horrible seem like drive thru get more attention or online pick up orders then customer actually at the counter I had 3 people walk in behind me waited another 20 minutes before someone took there order. Better BKs I been to with better service get better service in hood then Bayonne.
They do not carry the impossible whopper. Discriminatory!

I recently visited Burger King, and my experience was beyond disappointing. I purchased large fries for my son, but they smelled rancid, like they were cooked in old oil, and tasted stale. My son refused to eat them, so after leaving Walmart, I returned to ask for a fresh replacement.
When I explained the situation to the cashier, she asked for a receipt, which I had misplaced. The fries were almost untouched, but the manager, Susan rudely refused to replace them without a receipt. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, her staff stood right beside her laughing at the situation.
Frustrated, I made a mobile order, returned through the drive-thru, and tried to explain the issue again. Instead of addressing the poor food quality or their lack of customer service, Susan told me to leave and not come back. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable.
After this experience, I decided to look at reviews and was shocked to see another customer mention how staff laughed at them while they were paying with change. Not surprised, as it mirrored my own experience. Although the review didn’t name names, it’s clear this kind of behavior isn’t isolated.
Corporate should not allow employees like this to manage or operate their restaurants. They’re tarnishing Burger King’s name with terrible customer service and poor food quality.
