We decided to stop by the morning before thanksgiving to get some drinks after dropping the kids off and had a nice time. The music was great and the environment is very inviting, especially if you are Latino. Will be back!

The owner of this cafe is lucky to have a coffee shop in the heart of Bayonne but they don't take advantage of it and don't create a warm safe place for Bayonners to get coffee and sit. The baristas are rude and hostile. If you have any questions they direct you right back to the menu. They also play insanely loud and inappropriate music. I brought my kid with me and had to leave because of the expletives. You also can't hear yourself talk over it. Also the matcha here tastes horrible. Union grounds that just opened is a lot better.

I love their coffee and food but the worker was insanely rude and said there’s no different between a latte a macchiato… then why is it on the menu? And when I asked what is the difference between it it then she said “I really don’t know and I’m telling you it’s the same” I love the regular girls here who work for there parents but whoever this girl is that’s on today 9/20 needs an attitude check !

The instant oatmeal and small bagels can be found at ShopRite I got the same while grocery shopping. The drinks are not great and the customer service is horrible . I once waited a long time for a drink just for the two employees and their child to finish talking to their friend, then when I asked they completely forgot my order. If they hired more professional people maybe the vibe will be a little better ? No smiles or anything just looks like the barista doesn’t want to be there

Best coffee in Bayonne! I'm a big fan of Cafe 26. The service is always excellent, the ladies at the register are always very kind and again the coffee, I thoroughly enjoy. This comes from a coffee enthusiast. Try anything, I'm sure it'll be great! I've tried multiple drinks, none disappoint. My fave (right now lol) cafe con leche, delicious!

Coffee/latte doesn't taste good at all, don’t waste your money there. Also, it’s overpriced for the quality of the drinks. Advice is to invest in the quality of the Coffee and bring exprienced baristas.
Not a big variety of pastries but the ones they have are good. Coffee tastes good and the store is quiet and relaxing in the morning.

Meh, I may try them again but my first impression was not great. I ordered a hot latte that was served lukewarm at best and was more of a milk steamer than an actual coffee beverage. My husband ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like a sad watered down swiss miss packet and was given at the same cool temp as my latte. Barista wasn’t much help as they disappeared after we got our drinks so we went home to microwave and doctor up our drinks. Maybe they’re used to ice coffee orders? With the cafe prices, I had high hopes but there’s serious room for improvement with the hot beverage quality.

Nice place, pleasant atmosphere, convenient location. Pastry was very good, coffee not so much. Very strong, needed much more milk & sugar as it was just not palatable.

Super nice and cozy, the pan con mantequillo is so good, really good bread and butter and obviously the coffee is good too. I'm from out of state and this was definitely worth the visit!
