One of my favorite places to sit and get some work done. Coffee is delicious and staff is wonderful. Owners are great as well. Would recommend to anyone!

I'm not the type of customer to write bad reviews, but I had to for this one. I dont think I've ever encountered a rude barista, but the girl with tattoos was completely unprofessional and didn't even look like she wanted to even be there or serve customers. Another thing I wanted to point out is that the coffee she also made was awful compared to the usual coffee I get here from the other baristas. The owners of this establishment should know how their employees' attitudes are. I'm not sure if this barista in particular received any criticism from anyone else, but I wanted to put this out there.

Coffee, Lattes and Teas are all great. The oatmeal situation is utterly laughable. If you're going to serve what seems to be a single Quaker packet and add hot water, you should display the packet on the counter like you would a chocolate bar or snack and charge a dollar. Instead it's listed on a menu and served in a lidded cup 4 sizes too big so that when you open it you find 4 tbs worth of instant oatmeal you just overpaid for.

Cozy, clean and organized corner coffee shop! I stopped in with my cousin, (who frequents this place often since she lives nearby) and I am very glad I did. She ordered a cold peanut buttercup latte and I chose the hot Nutella Latte option. Both drinks were made to order and tasted very rich in their flavors. The cost was alittle over $12 for the two drinks but that seems fair given the competition prices. They have a menu featuring some unique drinks and I was even able to look them up on Instagram for visuals. All in all, I would definetly return if I was in the neighborhood!

Stopped in with the intention to buy gift cards for work. Sat down with my kids for coffee and donuts. One donut was rock hard told the cashier.I asked if she could refund it or switch it. She said she could heat it up. It was still inedible. I didn't buy any gift cards.

I run a very popular chess club, 'The Bayonne Chess Society & Club in Bayonne. I went in for a cup of coffee and a turnover. Place is very homey and chill. Spoke to the owner. Asked if we could run chess lessons there. She said no problem. They also have a trivia and game night. I suggested a few ideas for other event nights for them. She'll be adding those to her community schedule.Highly recommend. If any wants to learn chess, or even play some D&D, reach out to the owners. I also run a Dungeons and Dragons club. We play chess in different locations. Cafe 26 is one of our spots. We have a huge group, and we're getting bigger. So, we need different venues

This wasn't too long ago but I remember coming in for my daily iced coffee and I noticed two small flies inside my coffee. I wasn't going to go back in and say anything because I don't want to cause a scene, but whoever store owners are should work on taking care of that issue, especially where drinks and food are being made and served. It's unsanitary and disgusting!! I want to be served coffee without having to worry about frickin bugs being inside of it. It was a waste of my money and time and I had to end up throwing it away. #getridofthoseflies
