I am SO disgusted!! My daughter was ordering and told me that she was a baby roach crawling on the floor then on top of the counter. This is horrible and should never happen! I will never ever return here again!

Great service but the ice cream and waffles cone bowl tasted like perfume and lotion. The cone was pale and fragile it tasted stale, I got the triple chocolate ice cream with some extra brownie bits in it and it all tasted like I had sprayed perfume in my mouth.

After mutiple incidents I’m done with carvel. I’m a frequent customer here and always order a carvlanche. Nothing new always the same. The first time about last summer a guy kept breaking my cup and never put it in a new one and it leaked. He also made fun of my appearance. About a week ago another guy made a peanut butter carlanche and yelled at me saying that’s what I ordered BUT I’m alergic to PEANUTS. Would never ever order it in a million years. Than they just have an attitude always making the carvalnched. I am always so nice to the workers and say thank you and tell them to have a good day but they seem all miserable.

I cannot thank you guys enough! After another store messed up and did not have my cake ready for my sons second birthday I reached out to carvel to see if they could rush and make a cake in time for his birthday the next day and they did! They went above and beyond and I’m so grateful.

I was in there about 4pn today and I've never seen ice cream look more disgusting. it was full of freezer burn and ice crystals and looked absolutely terrible. whoever is running that place now has no decency for quality. I wakes out after 5 minutes. please do not waste your time.

I went to carvel with my family after exploring the neighborhood food options in Bayonne. We walked in to the store and I got a weird vibe. I looked into the ice cream trays behind the counter and they look dirty and dull, but I didn’t think anything of it. However a few minutes after ordering our ice cream I saw this HUGE water bug( I thought it was a cockroach at first). It started screaming and freaking out and me and my family left the store disgusted and disappointed.

Went in at 9 to get a sweet treat lady said she was closed a while hr before they post they closed how is that even right just because you want to go home early door was straight open with the open sign blinking

I ordered through doordash for me and my 2 sisters, each of our orders were about $8 each. They called me saying they did not have everything in my order available. I cancelled and still got CHARGED for almost everything because they “accepted” my order. Next time you guys need to better in removing what you don't have on doordash instead of getting peoples money stolen.

Shake is melted before I walked out the door. It’s supposed to be a thick shake but I could pour it out like water; It’s just charging people $5 for a small cup of cream & a $1 for a drizzle of whip cream. Ridiculous. Overpriced for the size. Prices on board aren’t what you pay.
