My favorite bakery in Bayonne! The daily menu is so fun to be able to get something new every time. I love that they offer dairy free options as well. Everything I’ve order has been delicious and is becoming a habit to order a mid day pick me up for the office. I highly recommend trying a dessert jar and if available get a neapolitan cookie. The cold brew is also amazing, better than any chain cafe!

I like most of the pastries that me and my family and I have eaten from Doble Batch. They are fresh and different from the traditional bakeries. I have bought cakes from them that look exactly or better than the pictures on their website .

I was in a bind to get a last minute cake for my daughter’s 21st birthday. I purchased the cake topper to decorate it myself and needed a nice nearly naked red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, her favorite. I preordered online for next business day delivery. It was important that I receive the cake earlier as we had reservations for later in the afternoon. The cake was delivered early during the morning and on time as indicated at checkout. I appreciated getting delivery updates with the precise ETA for delivery. Made the whole process seamless and stress free. The cake arrived early enough for me to decorate it before leaving for the party. We loved that the cake was rich and not overly sweet. Will definitely order from Double Batch again in the future.

The most delicious baked items, savory to sweet - always artisanal and made with great care and quality. Highly recommend the raspberry muffins, chocolate chip pear loaf, banana bread pudding, vegan cookies and cupcakes. The savory tarts are out of this world. Best part, the owners are so very professional, gracious, kind, and a delight to do business with.

Ok I’m not exaggerating when I say everything I’ve had was excellent. It’s sickening how good the coconut bar is. Also the almond cookies. The scones. Very kind people and great customer service

My family has tried everything from the pastries, cake, cookies to the cupcakes. It is always delicious. One time there was a concern for a tree nut allergy on a cupcake. Honestly our fault for not checking before ordering. The owner sent us another cupcake for free. Every person we have encountered is always pleasant. The orders are always prepared quickly. I look forward to their daily changing menu to try new things. Definitely a gem in our community.

I love this bakery. I stumbled across this bakery a few years ago and decided to try more of their rotating menu. I’ve tried a ton of their pastries over the last few years and I can confidently say that this bakery is my favorite bakery EVER. I really love pastries that are refreshing and not overly sweet and Double Batch really does an excellent job of producing that. And the best part? It doesn’t negatively affect your blood sugar as much as other bakeries. The staff is amazingly sweet, the parties are delicious and don’t make you feel icky, and their daily menu is like a present waiting to be opened.

I literally tell everyone about them and now my friends and family are all obsessed. I love this bakery so much!
