Very rude people inside the staff. What are you asking that don’t give you any charge you more money for and the customer come they’re asking to use the restroom even they don’t allow this a lie to the customer. Very poor service.

As a contractor I tried to use the bathroom to wash my hands before I bought a donut they denied me I said there is no bathroom.

there’s no reason why this location is out of almost everything I asked for. no oatmilk, brown sugar syrup, and cold form at the same time is excessive.

Paid 6.17 for a small cold brew. Didn’t get a cold brew it was reg coffee. Cold brew is more expensive. I asked for black with sugar and they put 2 creams. I dont care About the money. Just dont waste Your time if you want what you’re paying for

I been have a problem with my caramel iced coffee, not tasting right so I watched them make it. They have only been putting one pump of caramel in when I asked the guy if you put four in, he said yes so they will lie right to your face too. It’s actually funny because I caught the same thing happening with another store with the same ethnic background. I’ve never had it happen anywhere else. On top of that the ice coffee is more expensive than everywhere else. So you’re paying more so they can rob you.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin, the doughnuts always are hard and not fresh. The drinks are hit or miss, sometimes good, sometimes not. When a coffee and 2 doughnuts adds up to $10.00, you expect the quality to be that of all the local bakeries. Will go to a different location for now on.

I came here for a Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and received this drink. I wanted cold foam and when I asked they told me it was already added. The drink was not even filled to the top. Sorry but this is just laziness from the employees will not return to this Dunkin Donut.

I got a coffee at a local Dunkin drive thru they forgot to give me a straw. I stopped at this location for a straw and the manager refused to give me a straw .. ONE STRAW .. my boyfriend even offered to pay for it which doesn’t make sense because I purchased a coffee and had a receipt. I had food as well I didn’t know the straw wasn’t in the bag but no big deal to me. The manager was very rude and nasty when it was uncalled. She then kicked us out of the establishment when I kept asking what was the problem? which was fine I didn’t want to be there a second longer. THERE IS NO NEED TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN A BAD WAY !!! Point blank and according to the reviews she should’ve been fired a long time ago. I do not recommend anyone going to this location. !!!!!!!!!!
