Reviews for Dunkin' Donuts

I give them 2 stars....... 1 is for the fact that maybe 50% of time you could actually use the toilet and it's in functioning order and the second star is because the countertop where you pick up your pathetic excuses for coffee and food actually looks quite nice. Now this place has a very interesting concept on how to make coffee. They serve you what they want you don't get what you ask for so get it out of your head that you were ever going to get what you really truly...read full review

The lady at the store lied and said the bathroom was out of service when it wasn't. Then admitted to me that she just hadn't cleaned it. Then while we ate donuts she decided to sweep under our table and told me she had to. When i asked her why she could start at the other end she said "oh sorry you are right". It was horrible costumer service and they were very dirty in there

Customer services bad ,after I paid for my coffee while waiting for my cooffe a person order and it looks like was a friend of the girl who toke my order too ,and she make that person coffee right there before he finish paying, and toke 2 more person orders and they were attended before me
