Delicious coffee
Great place nice and clean, friendly staff

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop that has faced some challenges in providing a consistently positive customer experience. While the staff is generally friendly and patient, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the coffee, which can be watered down, as well as staffing shortages, especially on weekends and during busy periods. The manager has also been described as sometimes coming across as mean-spirited, with a facial expression that can be off-putting to customers. Additionally, the lack of proper air conditioning during hot weather has been a concern, with some customers feeling uncomfortable and even unsafe due to the extreme heat inside the establishment. Despite these issues, the restaurant does provide free coffee on Mondays, and some customers have had positive experiences with the staff, who have been helpful in navigating the ordering process. Overall, Dunkin' seems to be a mixed bag, with room for improvement in areas such as coffee quality, staffing, and customer service.
