Not a bad Dunkin. The staff was very friendly and was very busy the whole time I was there. I stopped in after a doctor's appointment and while waiting for the bus. There were only 3 tables in there, I assume holdover from the COVID social distancing days. I lucked out and there was an empty when I got there, but a mother and child were at a loss when they walked in and wanted to sit. Thankfully an older woman was heading out and gave them the table, but having more tables...

Sometimes the coffee is watered-down. Customers are paying good money for watered down coffee? Really?. They also need extra help with staffing. Especially when its busy. On weekends they are short with staffing and takes longer than it should. Especially with Uber/ Lyft orders. The manager needs to lighten up a little bit more. She can come across as mean spirited at times. Her facial ?expression says alot about her demeanor.
She needs to learn how to forgive other...
