I am so piss, i order a loaded Harsh brown ,the lady give a wrap ,when I tell her to change it, she give a nasty look ,when she give the right order it was half way full ,i could not complain,because I was already @work , i was running late ,i know i should have check again , but someone need to do they job properly, every morning almost every one has an attitude , except for one girl, if you do not want to work do not come to work please , I do not have to pay the consequences.

Racist staff I usually order through the drive way but it was so busy today I decided to walk in. There were 3 employees (1 making a drink, 1 in the drive up window, and 1 standing by the drive up window) but no one walked to the register to take my order. I spoke to the employee to ask about prices and the employees still made no effort to come to the register. I waited patiently because again the drive through was busy, so I chalked it up to that. Even after a few moments still no one came to the register. That was until a person of another race (I am black) came in and the employee standing next to the window immediately walked to the register and started to take his order. If I had not spoken up, the employee would have completely disregarded me. I never usually write review but this truly had me floored.

Are the workers incompetent? What don't you understand about adding in cream? Stop giving me creek water. The people who worked last year were better at following instructions and knowing how to make drinks. When i ask for cream DO NOT substitute it with milk!

Ordered a Mixed Berry Day Dream Refresher Friday Morning without the cold foam only to get home see the ice melt in my drink and discover trash floating in my beverage. Absolutely disgusting and unnecessary.

Love Dunks. Period. Fast, easy, reasonably priced, and the best donuts around.
I ordered cookie dough ice cream in 2 separate occasions and both times they gave me no cookie dough ice cream but instead an employee creation. I called in and the woman representative said she and the Uber driver agreed on the replacement while chuckling. I think it's absolutely not funny and extremely unprofessional to play with some one's food and then charge me for my correct order. I will be reaching out to Coorporate about this.

This place doesn't care what happens inside their store. Today I came to this place to buy with my family, and I used the bathroom when I was in the bathroom with the locked door someone knocked on my door and I said that It was busy twice I said it out loud, and suddenly I heard how they forced the lock of the door and opened it was a man who had opened the door knowing that bathroom it was busy, he found me pulling up my pants. I left the bathroom and told my husband what happened, my husband went to the bathroom and told the man that he couldn't be doing that, that he shouldn't open a locked door knowing that there was someone inside. Then my husband went to talk to the girl who works there, but she just ignored what my husband told her. I just hope that they change the lock on the bathroom door to a more secure one, one where no one can easily open like that man did, because only adults do not enter the bathrooms, we should also keep in mind that children use the bathroom. I hope something like this does not happen again because today was not an accident.
