First time I went inside and the female showed me a bad attitude and told me that she don’t accept the payment the phone and it happened to me the first time ever I hope she can change that attitude and the also she back talked about me telling her that i use my app every where with another worker.

This is one of the worst Baskin-Robbins I've ever been to. I arrived at the store; it was closed in the front. The sign says it closes at 10:00. Online, it says 11:00. Baskin-Robbins, what's up? Also, why advertise a flavor when you don't have it? It's not like the people running the store care, not even bother to give you customer service.

All I order is a light & sweet hot coffee and everytime it tastes like water with coffee flavor. It’s so bad, I would really recommend going to Dunkin on 32nd street off 440, 100% better.

This place is a joke I've never been treated so badly in my life. I ordered paid and tipped. When I was sitting down I overheard the staff talking trash about me in Arabic like no one else in the world speaks the language. I came back later to speak to the manager and instead of coming around the counter or trying to talk to me she wanted me to speak to her over a display case taller than me.

Don't make the mistake of placing your mobile order as a guest at this location because when you get there they will not have it... Even if you show them the email that you got charged from Dunkin Donuts 9 min ago they will tell you that every order must come with a name which makes no sense because obviously the app has a guest option... Just nonsense... I had to argue 10 min to get a Vanella chai and a cream cheese bagel out of this place... Ridiculous.

Like how can you overcook and mess up an order when there's absolutely no other customers. Asked for chamomile tea got green tree. Hashbrowns orders were ao over toasted had to throw out most of them. Today's early bird crew not so great

I ordered 2 jelly and 2 Boston cream.. no wax paper on top of the frosted Boston cream so one is stuck to the bag and the other is all over my friends jelly donut. I ordered bacon, cheese, hash brown mixture new on menu... they dump the mix on and they missed most of the hash Brown's. This was delivery.
