I was craving a French toast bagel and was in the area sadly their French toast bagel is a whole wheat bagel with the saddest taste of maple syrup as a fellow deli worker that was disappointing no sugar cinnamon or powdered sugar on itđ„Člook into other French toast bagels you guys might be able to make a hit if you improve it

Placed an order online for pick up. I gave them 40 minutes before going in to go pick it up. Went to pick it up to find out they âtriedâ to call me because they were out of almost all their bagels. Would have been great if they actually called me and saved me the trip. Couldnât get an instant refund. Have to wait 2-3 days. Went to a different bagel shop for my order. Maybe Iâll try again after I get over how annoying this situation was. They were too busy to care. Good for them!
