The pita bread here is exactly like it is in Egypt. My whole life, I thought the way we make it in North America was the traditional way until I visited Cairo last year. I’ve been searching for pita like this ever since—I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw it. The packaging is accurate: “Egyptian Bread for REAL.”
